Oaklands House

The render on this Classic Fitzroy Terrace had been allowed to deteriorate considerably. We repaired that, including moulds and decorative elements and finished the whole thing with a skim coat. A skim coat is a sand /lime/cement mix with a colour added to give it a warm finish.
